Position Title: Executive Administrative & Communications Officer
(Compliance & Client Relations Support)

Compensation:
$22 to $28 per hour varying on experience & qualifications



We are seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented, and service-minded Executive Administrative & Communications Officer to support leadership, client communications, brand presence, and internal compliance coordination.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining operational integrity and ensuring that our communications and documentation reflect the high standards of our industry.

Position Summary

The Executive Administrative & Communications Officer serves as a trusted administrative partner to leadership while supporting client engagement, social media presence, and compliance documentation processes.

The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, warmth, discretion, and exceptional organizational skill. Given the nature of cybersecurity operations, this role requires maturity, sound judgment, and strict adherence to confidentiality standards.

We require extensive contracts for all clients and expect all team members to comply with our privacy standards and policies. 


We assist in making your transition with us seamless by providing an easy to comprehend Onboarding Process beginning with an Offer Letter then necessary training to set you up for success with Bureau du Bri.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support
* Manage executive correspondence and scheduling
* Draft and edit professional communications on behalf of leadership
* Coordinate internal meetings and document action items
* Maintain organized and secure document management systems
Client Relations & Customer Service
* Serve as a professional first point of contact for client communications
* Coordinate onboarding documentation and contract follow-ups
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Ensure timely and courteous communication with stakeholders
Social Media & Brand Communications
* Schedule posts accordingly,
we build our media posts, no need for designing.
* Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms
* Monitor engagement and respond appropriately
* Prepare monthly engagement summaries
Compliance & Documentation Support
* Assist with maintaining compliance records (SOC 2, policy acknowledgments, NDAs)
* Track contract signatures and documentation completeness
* Support audit preparation processes
* Ensure proper organization of sensitive documentation

Confidentiality & Professional Responsibility
Due to the nature of our cybersecurity and engineering work, this position requires:

* Execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
* Strict adherence to company security policies
* Responsible handling of confidential and proprietary information
* Completion of security awareness training
* Compliance with all internal data protection protocols
* Integrity and discretion are essential.

Qualifications
Required:

* High School Diploma/GED
* 4+ years executive administrative or communications experience
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities
* Adaptability and kindness
* High level of organization and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Workspace Platforms and Social Media Apps
* Patience for an organization that runs under strict mandates due to state and national governing laws
Preferred:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in applicable field(s)
* Experience in technology, cybersecurity, legal, or compliance environments
* Familiarity with SOC 2 or regulatory documentation processes
* CRM system experience
* Experience supporting executive leadership
* Fluent in additional languages (French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese Preferred)
